It is mounted on the top of, in the bottom and the side of the
tank. Its cap must be installed outside the tank and the tunnel
part must be assembled under the oil, which simplified the pipeline
and the system layout is compacted.
This filter is quipped with the permanent magnet, which can take in
magnetic particles with diameter beyond one micrometer.
It has a by-pass valve. When the filter is jammed and the main
engine cannot work due to excess press loss caused by the extreme
low temperature of the oil, flow pulsation and other factors, the
paralleled by-pass valve under the oil filter cap will
automatically open (when the press loss reaches 0.4 MPa) to make
sure the element and system work safely.
Its check valve prevents oil flowing out when changing the filter
element.
This filter is equipped with a liquid diffuser in the bottom of the
tank. The diffuser can make return oil flow into the tank smoothly
without bubbling which can prevent air reentering and weaken the
turbulence of the sediments. It can serve as a coarse filter when
the by-pass valve opens.
It is also equipped with overflow tube, waste cup and signal
indicator consisting of visual indication and electric indication.
When the element is blocked gradually, you can see the situation
according to the visual form, and you can use the electric
indication at the same time (signal press loss is 0.35 MPa). The
overflow tube and waste cup are installed in the bottom of the
element. They can taken out when changing the element to avoid
waste dropping.
Its element is made of glass fiber. It has advantages as follows:
high filter accuracy, large oil permeability, low initial press
loss, large dirt holding capacity, etc.

It is convenient to install, connect and change the element. The
inlet opening is flanged. To flange the filter cap and the oil
tank, you can design and process six flanged screws on the board of
the tank according to the dimensions in the table. Open the top
cover and change the element or fill the tank. It has two attached
return oil holes on the side and top of filter cap. When the filter
is installed on the top or in the bottom of the oil tank, unscrew
the cap and discharge the waste oil, which is to the benefit of oil
purity and can extend elements’ service life
